Password Security

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the bos96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including e-wallets and Malaysian bank transfers.

Transaction Accuracy
All settled bets and financial transactions are final. bos96 will not cancel or reverse any confirmed transaction unless there is a verified technical error on the platform's end.
If you notice any discrepancies in your transaction history, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Enquiries submitted after this period may not be able to be processed.
Bos96 reserves the right to place a hold on any funds in an account suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity pending completion of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
Bos96 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, bos96 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Bos96 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account usage, or any activity deemed to compromise the integrity of the platform.
Funds in accounts frozen due to proven fraud will not be recoverable. Funds in accounts closed for other reasons will be processed for withdrawal to the rightful account holder once the review process is complete.

All content on the bos96 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of bos96 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, display, or exploit any part of this content without prior written permission.
